can't depend on them 100% – Missed the booked airport shuttle, the call centre was friendly and arranged a second shuttle on the next pick-up round. When it didn't come she said would investigate and call back. Call never came nor did the shuttle. At least be honest.

answered and said she would check and get right back to me .. I waited for another 15minutes but no one phoned so I joined a taxi queue and kept phoning the number but no one answered. As I was about to get into the taxi a man phoned with no apology and said he would pick me up but it was too late and I took the taxi. I had dinner renovations and had arranged to meet a friend who had arrived from interstate to travel together. She was extremely upset that I had not arrived and we had to postpone the dinner plans. NOT HAPPY.. I texted the number and asked for confirmation about pick up to go back to the airport today and they have not let me know SCAMMERS? WORRIED AND A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
Very happy with the service, will use them again – As we (wife and I) normally take shuttle buses with a bunch of strangers to Circular Quay for embarkation, we decided to treat ourselves this time to a business class vehicle to and from our last cruise. chatty. Even a white Holden Statesman was a welcome change from the shuttle bus. The trip home from the terminal was in a Mercedes Benz and the driver was equally friendly and chatty. The car arrived at the terminal right on the appointed time. Compared to taking the shuttle bus, this is a far better and relaxing solution. So, we will be using Redy2go again for our next cruise.
What an absolute joke of a company! – I booked our transfers to and from Sydney airport with this company...never again! As you will see from the photo, the self proclaimed "advanced online booking system" asks for your return flight details which I put in but somehow it made their system book my return flight on the wrong day. I called the company and spoke with [name removed] who spoke with her manager who basically said too bad too sad you will need to pay for another transfer!! Sorry [name removed] if I had your managers name this would be directed at him/her but clearly leadership isn't a big value for this company so the feedback gets directed at [name removed]. If paying for your transfer twice is something you enjoy doing then book with redy2go otherwise book with a more reputable company!

Reliable and Friendly – I booked our shuttle service through Redy2Go just hours before our flight (1hr flight) and they contacted me quickly and received my flight number. I got introduced to my driver promptly via text and he called me at baggage claim - waiting ready to go. Friendly, helpful, safe driver (have 3 young kids) and he had boosters. ones on the bus which was very clean. I had to change our pick-up time from our hotel and the gentleman on the phone (James) was again friendly and professional and the change was made in seconds with nothing being any trouble to him. We had the same driver from the hotel to the airport and once again Robert was polite and friendly and we were happy to chat with him to the airport. I would have no hesitation in using Redy2go again.

time frame I called an Uber who arrived in 5 mins and got me to the airport on time. Do yourself a favour and don't hand your hard earned $$$ to these crooks.
Bad service dont use Redy2go shuttle – Dont use this company,they are happy to take your money 2months in advance then come time for return pickup, they leave you high and dry. no pickup they just dont care.
Awful service - prepaid for my pickup and no show – Booked and Prepaid and then confirmed pick up again on day of pickup - driver was no show and the office number they gave me did not answer - waited an hour and eventually had to pay for a taxi. Avoid avoid avoid. Unprofessional and unapologetic.

was scheduled for midday. No one arrived. I rang and finally got through, the dude was on his own in the office so was flat out - he said 'driver delayed' (read that as forgot to pick me up) so they'd arranged at their expense for an Uber. Uber cancelled me 2 mins from pickup. Had to get a taxi at an extra cost to me of $78.33. Rang and he suggested I email them and they'd sort it out. I did. No response. Over one month now and still nothing from the company after sending many emails and calling the customer service number.
Recommend never to book with this company and just use normal taxis at the airport as there were many available and we waited over one hour at the nominated meeting point at Brisbane Airport.
Seems they deliberately avoid refunds at all cost.

the driver to find out why he wasn't there (he basically absolved himself of all responsibility saying that he had been told he/we had to wait for another family arriving on another flight, 2 hours after we were 'ready to go' - get the pun!!!)
We asked for his manager's contact and are still waiting for a response, days later. Really bad service.
If we had been told that the wait would be this long, we would have taken the train - or started walking!
I notice there is no option to post an honest review on their services anywhere on social or Google. Waste of time, especially after a long haul flight!
Let down – Booked a pick up from my hotel for 12.30 they phoned at 12.31 to cancell stating mechanical issues and we would have to make our own way there..we are both in our 70s and don't need this stress.no apology no refund .they were recommended on the Sydney Airport Web site.im surprised they are still traiding after reading these reviews ..STAY AWAY
Worst Car Service Ever!! – Redy2go cancelled the car service the day before my trip. Advising they will refund $307.74, now after reading many poor reviews, I'm sceptical this will happen. Rather than wait, I've lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Cancelling bookings the day before appears to be the go with Redy2go!!
Fraud – They cancelled my airport shuttle the day before my trip when I called them to confirm everything is good for the next day trip. I still didn't get my refund even after 6 weeks. They didn't take the initiative to call and let me know. Also, they won't refund. Do not use their service.

Over the course of several weeks we have able to speak to someone in the after hours office of an evening and have been assured on at least 5 separate occasions that a refund is “being processed”. We have received no such refund.
Pretty elaborate fraud scheme. The ACCC needs to in investigate them. Gutted to see reviews even more recently that it is stil happening and they are still getting away with it.
Booking cancelled and abandoned at the airport – My sister booked and paid for a shuttle from Syd airport to the CBD. You cancelled on her when she arrived and tell her to make her own arragement. You should not be allowed to be in business.

At 6 pm the night before my departure I finally received a call back advising that the driver who had been assigned had Covid and there weren't any other drivers available. I immediately requested a refund for the pick-up and return service and was left to figure out a new way to get to the airport.
If I hadn't called to confirm my booking I would have been stranded the next morning and would most likely have missed my flight.
9 weeks on, I'm still waiting for my refund. I called the company for the 4th time today, only to be told that customers now have to send an email to their new refund accounts team, who will respond within 7 business days!
I understand that Covid has affected the operation of a lot of businesses but it's the incredibly poor customer service and the constant run-around that has made me frustrated enough to leave a bad review.
Do not use this company.

"escalated with the accounts department " to no avail. Today we got an email that our return service from airport to home would be unavailable "due to covid" and we would be refunded our return booking .
So far I've paid for 4 trips (home - airport / airport - home x 2) had 1 transfer and zero success in getting refunded for the other 3 !!!
AVOID THEM - Unless you want to get stranded & pay for the privilege – Just like many others. I booked & paid for my airport transfer. Then at the last minute they email & cancel my transfer leaving me stranded & having to take public transport home. They offered a full refund, but Its been over 2 weeks and still no refund despite ringing on a regular basis.

Never again! – They canceled our booking on us which was booked for over aweek and will not pay our refund. Bad business. Also done the same to my daughter. date needed. I ended the call and decided to just book a private transfer instead of the shuttle that wasn't available. The website charged my credit card and sent me two confirmations for each trip. The next day, 1 hour before the service was due, a man called me and told me no car would be coming. He also berrated me for daring to book via the website because the staffer had said a shuttle was not available. Despite explaining the above, the man insisted I was to blame for the entire failure. I then asked for an immediate refund and he told me he could do no such thing, ad again reiterating the whole issue was my fault. Please avoid this service. If the website confirms your car, there is every chance it will not arrive, and you will be berated as a result.

Not a great thing! – Couldn’t find bus. When we did, were told had to register at desk. Nobody at desk!! Got a taxi instead. Not the welcome to Australia we were hoping for. Needs to be better!

their office and were told the driver would be there in 17 minutes, a full 37 minutes late. When the driver did turn up he didn't know who we were and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for no one else to join us. We did get to the terminal in time for our flight, however I would not recommend this company as not only were they late, they really didn't seem to care.
