Reebok Performance Series The Deck

Brilliant Workout – I was out at the shops looking for a Reebok Step when a sales person pointed me towards the Reebok Deck. Not only is it a step, but it converts to a works bench ( flat and incline), a seat with 3 different back settings and comes with a set of resistance bands. You can use the step at two heights. The higher one provides a really good workout. There is a DVD included with a few different workouts as well including one that you can use with dumbells. It is a very sturdy unit and doesn't take up much space. It's a very versatile piece of workout equipment. You don't need a lot of space to use it and is great for people who want a good workout but can't get to the gym.
