Both my wife and I use Rembrandt as our provider for aged care, during my wife's recent heart attack and admitted to hospital for an emergency operation no contact was made by Rembrandt with regards what extra care was needed by either of use but chose to cancel services to our home . Rembrandt treated our complaint as they had acted as per their standard of care disgusting service from a care giving organisation.
