Was always sceptical about buying one of these clippers, but having finally bitten the bullet, I am more than impressed. I use the 3mm cut and the job is done in about 5 mins. If your thinking of buying a clipper, these are the go to....the pictured model is discontinued, but has been replaced by a more powerful version, although this one is still available online. Best buy ever. AND they are cordless and waterproof.

Cuts good but harder to use – New Turbo Remington hair cutter has now made it harder to turn on/off by putting the once top on/off button underneath incorporated into the ‘so called ‘Turbo’ button a two stage sliding action. Next the plastic comb guides once were a flick off action and tabs are now underneath next to the Charge pins and the tab is so close that it’s a nail breaking action to release the comb which on the old models was two one handed actions that now are more complex as this is a one handed do it yourself hair cutter that has become harder to use. It cuts fine and easy to use if you don’t want to change anything while cutting.

Amazingly easy to use – This is an excellent tool. I've used it now for several haircuts and quite honestly I cannot see the difference between my hairdresser's cut and mine with the Remington. A low cost tool that provides a great outcome.

Wish I'd discovered this sooner – Every time my husband went to the barber's for a clipper cut, I used to think, "surely I could do that". Well, I can now, thanks to the Remington Rapid Cut. I found it very easy to use, because unlike normal clippers, the blade is curved to follow the shape of the head. The device fits very neatly in my hand so you don't have to worry about getting the angle exactly right or of causing cuts - the comb keeps the blade safely out of the way, even when cutting around the ears. I was so thrilled with the clippers that I got my husband to cut the back and sides of my hair using the longest (1 inch) comb. Then I trimmed the hair on the top of my head with scissors, leaving it longer. It looks really good. Ladies, if you've always fancied giving yourself a Judi Dench hairdo, this is the device to do it!
