Once paired and setup with your smartphone, you launch the Renpho Health app, select your scale and just step on it. Within 15 seconds, you get your weight and the rest of the data is transmitted to the app. It is reliable, and easy to use.

The Renpho Health app works with a range of other Renpho devices and it stores each data reading so you can refer to it for historical comparisons. I can been using the scales and app for over 18 months to track my body health. It even syncs with your Apple iPhone health app and presumably, supports a similar app on Android devices. For the price, the Renpho smart body scale provides a comprehensive set of measurements, is reliable and easy to use, providing excellent synching with both the Renpho Health app and your iPhone.
