Restoria Express Men Light Brown

I bought a pack of restoria express men light brown a month ago. Used it ok the first time, then when I went to use it again, the colour had gone black. (I have used this product many yimes before without a problem). As background - I squeeze parts of both tubes into a bowl making sure they don't touch. Resealed the tubes, then mixed the 2 elements in a bowl to form the paste needed.
I contacted the Australian Rep, who commented "It looks like exposure to the environment caused the colour change. Please make sure you cap the tubes tight.provided batch numbers".
www.combe.com asked for batch numbers, which I provided but disappointedly there has been no response.
Follow-up · Questions? 1.Was within expiry date 2. As I said in the review, I used it once the went to use it again where it had gone black 3. Storage on a shelf as product was sold and recommended Supplied batch No's to company but they won't reply now. Bad company behaviour
