Revlon ColorStay Line Creator Double Ended Liner

Does not come off even with makeup wipes – I was wanting a blue eyeliner and found one (so I thought) by Revlon. The first (and what will be the only) time I used it, I made a bit of a wonky line. So I grabbed a tissue to wipe it off. It didn't wipe off. I tried dampening the tissue,it didn't wipe off. I used my makeup wipes, it didn't wipe off. Yes it faded slightly, but it's still there. The eyeliner pack does say Colorstay, long wear liquid, but if it can't be removed, after making a mistake, that's not good. Also disappointing was that it was more black than blue which was not the impression that the blue stripe on the pack gave.
