Roam Essentials Premium Heated Lunchbox

Lots of Facebook and Insta videos proclaiming how good this is... a friend recommended them; I purchased the large lunchbox as a present for my son (we'd previously used plug-in lunchboxes in the car). Packaging was minimal and instructions were as well. Have yet to figure out how to get the food hot enough - definitely not "steaming" hot like the videos, would be a very bad idea to try and heat up rice. Waiting on a response from customer service.

Digging a bit deeper into their website: there is a pattern in their reviews, just the same words in a different order, attributed to different customers. Product is Chinese, so it appears that the "shopfront" is an apartment in South Melbourne... so not as Australian as I thought. The exact same item (same digital interface) is $80 cheaper on Amazon. Buyer beware!
