After using Robert Timms coffee bags for 14 years, I noticed the boxed quantity reduced from 28 to 24 bags. However, the price hasn't reduced. I would dare say it has increased. An Australian company of some 70 years is pandering to the pressures of the big supermarkets and not looking after their customers. Let's write to Robert Timms and share our dissatisfaction with this change. Show details

Not like what they were years ago – It smells okay when you open the sachet, but that's where it stops. After closely following the instructions - the taste and smell is horrible - not like coffee at all. Very weak. I've also used the "Intense" variety as well with the same results.... horrible tasting coffee. This was all over the course of three days - with the benefit that… Read more

perhaps I was having an "off day". I even tried two bags at once but it was not much better. There is a slight chemical smell\taste. I've used this brand of coffee bags five years ago with no problem. It looks like the CPAs \ accountants have forced them to make the bags smaller and with poor quality coffee grounds.

Great coffee Bags – This is the coffee bags to go for when wollies does not sell your favourite coffee beans, & Only rubbish coffee beans Woolies sells is Vittoria & Lavazza & you don't really fancy instant coffee ☕. You can pick ⛏️ up a pack of 28 for no more than $9. That's no more than 32c a coffee ☕ bag. Show details

My housemate drinks this coffee, it stinks – I love the smell of coffee, except this stuff, it stinks. It reminds of when my father had chemotherapy and used to throw up all the time, it smelled like this coffee. I haven't tasted it, the concept of drinking it makes me feel ill. As for making coffee from a bag, what is wrong with these people, do they not know how to operate a spoon? Show details

absolutely love this coffee have every day – This coffee is what I start my day with every day, some people have said it has no taste etc, Most defiantly a skill to make it. I always place a spoon to weigh it down, boiling hot water and soak for 4 minutes then add milk. if too cold for you to drink put in the microwave for 30 seconds then perfect. Plus don't use a huge massive mug, up to 300 mils only. Show details

Not the best taste and makes me sleepy after every cup – Bought theese Robert Timms Italian Espresso coffee bags from Coles and I never felt so sleepy after coffee before. The taste is not the best either. Seriously what’s the point of untasty coffee that doesn’t even do the job? Show details

This coffee tastes of lasagne – Not exactly the bold flavour of Italy I was expecting but you know... as far as instant coffee offerings currently available at your local supermarket you could do a lot worse.

Bags or Contents causing headaches, exhaustion and stomach aches – I got onto RT coffee bags some time ago and initially found ok as I was only using occasionally. However, I have recently been having reaction as I've been having daily for the past month, similar to feedback I found from from Naomi on Product Review. I have found I have had the same reaction - exhaustion, headaches and stomach aches. When I… Read more

don't use the bags for a day or I just get takeaway coffee from my local coffee shop I'm okay. I only just worked it out that possibly there's an issue with the bags themselves or the coffee, and having found Naomi's comments I feel vindicated. I have found you can use ground real coffee in a standard T-strainer so am going to investigate that. Thx Naomi for backing up my suspicion.
