Rolimey Botox & Vita-A Retinol Shot Wrinkle-Lift Tightening Cream

I completed the "star review" section as I could not lodge this information without paying attention to the "star rating" section. I Do Not want to give the overseas companies involved even one star. Please read on: The product I paid for was advertised as made and manufactured in Australia. The notice I recieved included " Made and Shipped from Australia" when I noticed I was charged for much more than I had ordered, plus there were "shipping" costs I requested to cancel immediately via email. I was then emailed that the goods were unable to be cancelled as they were shipped (impossible as I was right onto the issue of charging and country of origin not being from Australia) when I reminded the emailer that I wanted a cancellation. Not only had I contacted Cidory immediately and on several occassions all via email the reply was the goods were shipped out which was not accurate . After many attempts to enquire about the order, & the delivery didn't arrive for several weeks the order arrived from China with multiple tubes of a product definitely not manufactured/made in Australia (as advertised on line and included on order number email/ paperwork) . It is a nasty feeling wanting to support Australia Made/Manufacturing and realising I had been taken for a ride, plus I have done my dollars - very bad experience via Cidory, also trading as Rolimney and neither are Made In Australia, which, having caused me to lose a lot of money also I would not want to trust the contents of the product sent. BTW I have taken photos but unable to download if required I may be able to email them to myself then onto Review team? please advise. thank you cherylhall2006@bigpond.com
