Was expecting better – Received as a christmas present, but one side stopped working so now only 2 slice! Unfortunately, it was just out of warranty!

A lucky life...? – Lasted 1 year and 3 months. misery (we are Daleks y'know) but because it was just taking too long.

We now have a Breville something-or-other two-slot toaster - and I'm sure to post a review about it once we get used to each other. 2 independent pull-downs - only need toast 2 slices Took exception to Mrs Dalek's genetic experiment

Uneven – Bought the 4 slice toaster, which cooked uneven. Couldn't get the settings right. Returned it after one week. Figured because it was 1/2 price it must only cook half the bread!!! Seems like a good idea to have the option to cook on different settings. Need to find a better one now. Like the option of cooking 4 pieces on individual settings. Expensive. Uneven cooking.

Dry uneven yukky toasted offerings – Had this bad boy for about 8 months now drying out my bread even the thick toasty ones dried up and were unevenly toasted everytime. Bought myself a cheap 2 slicer from KMart the other day to take overseas I tested it and thought to myself now thats how toast should be, moist even and edible. wouldn't even be so cruel as to try to give this piece of rubbish away because even a free price tag would still be to much for this pile of junk

Didn't last 3 months – We upgraded from a 2 slice to 4 slice toaster to accommodate our growing family but still wanted a toaster where you could just use 2 slots if that's all you needed. dark patches all over it. I decided to stick with it anyway as I didn't have the time to return it and look for a better model before Christmas but then 2 slots stopped working altogether. The lever simply won't stay down on that side. I purchased this from target for around $40 on sale. It lasted less than 3 months. Could operate 2 slots at a time Toasted very unevenly, 2 slots stopped working after a few months

One side only toasted – Bought one of these at Target Port Macquarie and one side of each slot didn't work at all. Also, that blue plastic coating that you often see on stainless steel sheets was not completely removed before it was put together so that would have burnt off and provided a unique smell to the toast. Only toasts one side of each of the 4 slices

Uneven cooking – Toaster would be fine if it toasted evenly. One side is cooked the other isn't. I have to cancel then turn bread over to get it even. This applies to all 4 slots. Other than this the toaster looks good and has most the functions I need just not the main one which is to toast evenly. easy to see in as it is on an angle uneven toasting

Great toaster – This toaster if great. I like that it is two two slice toasters in the one machine, so that if you want you can do just two or all four slices at once. It is also great that each two slices can be set to their own heat setting and defrost or reheat. Also fantastic that there is a cancel button for each section.
