Fits like glove! – Ordered their Executive Rubber boot liner for my new car. I did some research and most of the issues seemed to be about delivery etc. Mine arrived but it was too big. Isuzu MUX boot liner – 20days after ordering it arrived, it is a perfect fit for the boot. The heavy duty rubber with a cellular pattern prevents items sliding around, protects the carpet liner. We are yet to spill anything to see how well the cellular pattern work! Also it a great template when I make the base for a fridge slide. Show details

Beware – with a name like rubbertree I thought I was ordering rubber mats. For $123 I got a cheap set of carpet mats, and there is no exchange or refund. The clip for drivers side mat has fallen off after the first use. Don't waste you money buying here, over priced and don't stand by their products for an exchange

Took Money - Didn't deliver or communicate – Ordered 10/12/2021 - In time for their Xmas cutoff date. No communication beyond acknowledging order. Contacted 17/01/2022 and transpired they would be unable to START making the product until 21/02/2022 at the earliest. Show details

send them the invoice of what we paid for with a description from their own website showing that they were incorrect. Their response was 'as a good faith gesture, we will rectify the issues'. Good faith gesture? Are you kidding me? Just admit fault, apologise, send the correct order. It shows your customers are not your priority in a business where you are selling a product. Honestly, I should've spent elsewhere. Never again.

Disappointing – I ordered mats for my Range Rover. this is a 4WD vehicle, that I take off road to the bush. The mats I received were not suitable for a 4WD vehicle at all. I can see me replacing these within 12 months. For the price I would have been better off going to Super Cheap and buying something off the shelf. I made a big mistake in buying these mats.

Poor customer Service – Had to constantly chase them up for when we could expect delivery and each time got a sarcastic response, which was not helpful. Their loss the products we ordered were as a trial for a fleet replacement of 150 vehicles. They will not be getting the order now (would have been for deck liners, Heavy duty mats & seat covers).
