Russell Hobbs Heritage RHK32 (Grey)

Disappointed – Our previous Russell Hobbs kettle was a great product, This kettle is a disappointment on many levels. Not only is it noisy, but I am constantly descaling in spite of our water treatment, so feel our water is not pure; it is easy to burn onself from the steam when pouring; the lid ridge and top of kettle ridge are rusting in spite of efforts to prevent this. All considered, this product does not meet our expectation, nor the quality of our precious Russell Hobbs kettle.
