Russell Hobbs Kitchen Metallics 2 / 4 Slice

A disaster – Have had it for only 6 months. Thought it was fine, but it has now broken down. The side lever will not stay down, so it is useless. I had previously had a Sunbeam which was hopeless because I continually burnt my fingers trying to get out the toss, but it did toast. I paid so much more for the Russell Hobbs, but obviously money is no guarantee of a good product. Beware of Russell Hobbs.

use my grill instead of this piece of CRAP – The world worst toaster, I havent use it much at all and the lift handle doesnt stay down, rang 1800 number and the lady said crumbs might stuck on it inside, no service at all. Not just the products are CRAP but the SERVICE is CRAP too. I used to have and Iron the same thing happened broke down in no time. There have a be a consumer law for these products.

Rubbish – This toaster is a failure. It toasted inconsistantly and then simply died. Looks good, but it's overpriced rubbish. I'll cut my losses and walk away from Russell Hobbs products.

What a POS – A bigger piece of rubbish I have never bought. I would rather use a campfire than this insult to technology. What a waste of resources! Very uneven heat so constant turning of the bread is required. Will burn beyond recognition in certain areas while leaving other areas untouched. Difficult to clean and crumbs always spilling out everywhere. Will never buy any other russel hobbs product again in my lifetime. the colour.

Toaster – I love this toaster, not only does it look good but it performs well. I previously bought the heritage one and after three weeks returned it to Harvey Norman as it burnt one side of the toast while the other side was pale. Up to now can't falt this one.

Next too useless – In search of a new toaster? Do Not Buy this! Looks great and has cool features but it doesn't work. OK it does, eventually. if you use the frozen setting, you need to turn the setting up to 5 out of 6 to get nicely toasted bread although the cook still may be uneven and not the same on both sides. We have tried every setting on this toaster and it is simply under powered and next to useless. Looks great Its called a toaster, LOL..........

Worst toaster I have ever owned – 4. 5 mins to cook a piece of toast, you have to be joking. The toaster looks the part but sadly lacks performance. Russel Hobbs you have lost the plot when it come to toasters this one will go in the bin as I don't have enough time in the morning to stand around waiting,waiting for it to cook my toast. Colour It takes forever to cook toast.
