Very unorganised high maintenance care organisation. I found I needed to communicate simple instructions to them time after time and they were never followed through. They carried out many assessments on my family member unnecessarily without a care in the world as to how that was affecting them. It seemed getting support for the person in need was the last important thing after looking after themselves. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
