Awkward to use – Despite altering every setting to keep the device in landscape mode, many apps and websites over-ride the setting & switch to portrait. With such a large screen, this is more than just annoying. Also as you are typing, the keyboard will frequently dissapear. The S pen is just attached by a weak magnet, which can fall off with any bump. It has been made to be lost. Show details

Galaxy, out of this world – Massive screen, but light, easy to hold, great on the go. Connectivity to my other devices is a plus, and the battery will go all day. I dont use all the Samsung apps but i loaded everything i need and it doesnt touch the spped. Goes straight from spreadsheets to shopping and gaming. Camera is surprising clear and sharp. Show details ·  1

Slightly disappointing battery life – Replacing the smaller screen S7 (WiFi) for the larger screen. Used exclusively for sheet music (MobileSheets Pro App) and reading downloaded magazines from local library (Libby App). Noticeably reduced, but still satisfactory, battery life. Show details

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra 5G 256GB (2022) – FIRST IN - BEST DRESSED! (YEEHAA). Need to replace my aged Samsung SM T355Y tablets anyways, (see reviews in here) so got this one FOR STARTERS. Again, like with the Galaxy S21 and S22 ULTRAs this tablet does NOT come with a charger! This seems to be a top performer with great picture clarity!! 14 1/2 inch screen! 4 speakers, not really all… Read more

that much bass, but the high level audio is good! Unlike the Galaxy S21 Ultra I have, this HAS an earphone socket! Sooooo thin! Not as heavy as one would think. Comes with the S-Pen which is also used to power on or off the tablet too! S-Pen recharges on the back of the tablet and is magnetically attached. Be careful, it falls off easily, and you do not want to BUY A NEW ONE!

PLEASE NOTE that the Australian version of this tablet is fitted with the OCTACORE EXYNOS 990 processor, NOT the SNAPDRAGON 835 processor as featured in the overseas models. This information is well hidden online for some reason.
