Samsung tabpro faults – Tab Pro bought with a plan for a while is Runnings nicely but with Windows 10 it wouldn't update nicely and it would lag charger wouldn't charge well in 8862 8 hours to try and get fully charged the connection for the sea port did noise sit comfortably the case with keyboard would be easily broken and has stopped working altogether and no idea where to get a replacement and it doesn't sit firmly in their key keyboard case  Show details

Great tablet, horrid keyboard – I purchased the TabPro S approximately 1 year ago. I was considering purchasing the Microsoft Surface Pro, but the Samsung offering was significantly cheaper and promised to deliver the same experience and level of functionality as MS Surface Pro. The tablet itself is great. Great screen with vivid colours, and just the right size to be… Read more

useful, yet still portable. Just a note that the screen is AMOLED and it does forcefully dim itself when not in use for a certain period of time. You can change the timeout period, but you cannot disable this behaviour. It is there by design, to protect the screen from burn-in. Personally this has not bothered me much.

In terms of tablet experience, don't expect MS Windows 10 to be as seamlessly integrated into the tablet format as Android or iOS, but it gets by.

Battery life is quite good. I can get a good few hours of solid use before it requires a recharge.

The main issue I see with this tablet is the included keyboard. The keys are very poor and on my tablet they keep falling out. I also had one of the key clips break, meaning I could not put the key back. I returned it to Samsung and requested that the keyboard be replaced as I was having issues with multiple keys falling out. Samsung fixed the single broken key, but would not replace the keyboard stating that there was nothing wrong with it. To date I still get keys popping out from time to time. I believe it's the combination of key clip design and keyboard/cover flexing that causes this issue.

Another reviewer has reported that the tablet falls out of the keyboard cover easily - I have not had this issue. The magnets are very strong and I have never had it fall out.

All up - I'd give it 3.5 stars, mainly because of the bad keyboard. Else, the tablet is great!

Love my tablet. so portable and sleek for a great price – This is such an amazing tablet. The battery life is excellent and i get a good 6 to 7 hours on it depending on how i use it. for regular work and browsing it lasts around 7 hours. videos and games you can get a good 4 hours. The best thing about this is that you get windows 10, External keyboard included and so amazing screen to look at. the… Read more

screen is absolutely gorgeous and it is the best display i have ever seen on a table. gives the iPad a run for its money! the price was amazing at only over $800 you get a fully usable windows 10 operating system.

The keyboard is very responsive and the touch screen is very responsive too. this device is compatible with the S pen from Samsung, but unfortunately it is not included in this package due to the hefty price tag of over $100 for a pen! has a great cpu and ram which makes the device performance very speedy and great for multi tasking.

Bought from computer alliance store in nsw and received the product in Adelaide in only 1 day!!

Love my Samsung tab – I have been a firm lover of Samsung products for many years with my phones and my tablets, this tablet has such great clear definition it can be used as a portable tv. The only reason why this does not have a 5 star excellence rating is simply because the battery life does not with stand, basically every year you need to replace the battery.  Show details

It's OK but an iPad is better – Between Surface, TabPro and iPad I went for this. I shouldn't have. After three months of use (not even frequent), it crashed that it needed to restore to factory settings. It is good for everyday tasks but the battery drains quickly when I had the issue. It's also hard to navigate with the Windows that it came with. For a top spec tablet with a hefty price, I don't think it's value for money. It's OK but I think an iPad is better.  Show details
