Disappointed – Bought a brand new 98 inch QA98Q80CAWXXY and the screen faulted after 3 months, and instead of replacing it with a new tv they decided to change the screen, the whole process was a nightmare from try to talk to the tech support in the philippines to organising the repair. I have always bought Samsung TVs but not anyone, left a very sour taste in my mouth, very disappointed.
