Experience began great - but ended in disappointment – Bought this in 2011. I was impressed by the image & even had a TV tuner connected when the main TV was down for a few days. However, began to play up 3-2 yrs ago where the image then became unusable pixellated, washed out/indiscernible image. Out of warranty & from discussions, no point in having someone check as they either have no interest or is uneconomical to check/repair. Throw away. I spent many hours & research, but everything I have tried will not change this (settings, diff HDMI cable, diff/new laptops, drivers, etc). At extreme settings allows to make out text, but images are almost x-ray like. It is stuffed & I only used it sparingly - on some weekends & only for a few hours. With this & my bad experience with a 58" Samsung TV - no more Samsung visual products. I have the mobile S8 & if that disappoints, will never, ever buy Samsung, again. Very disappointed! Either these have no legs or is a case of rocks or diamonds.
Update 1. 11/3 - I created review 2. 14/3 - Samsung sent comment 3. 14/3 - I replied with my email & that I had no Samsung a/c 4. 19/3 approx - I sent a follow up as I had not received a reply As of 27/3, I have rec'd no reply from Samsung, even after the reasonable time frame & my wasted time in replying & followup. Disappointing, again, Samsung!
