I bought this TV in mid-October2020.
Terrible Backlight bleed occurred about 3 months later.
I contacted Samsung Support first. I followed their instructions for about 2 hours, but it was no improvement.
The staff who responded explained that if there is a fault with the product, it will be eligible for a refund.
A week later, a technician arranged by Samsung came and certified that there was a product failure. He returned without repair.

I could not help contacting from my side. Then the case manager called me back that day. She said, " This case is only for repair and cannot be returned or refunded." In the end, she hanged up without my permission. And also CEO Representative contacted me then he stated repeatedly same things. Blotchy Light Patches All Over Screen
I am onto my second Q60T, the first had dead pixel and strange lighting in right bottom corner.
So I now get replacement unit but in dark scenes in dark lighting you see light blotches all over the screen. Samsung sent my pictures to a "head technician" and they say that the light blotches are within spec for this TV. I have owned many TVs over the years and none of them have had this rubbish light blotches all over the screen...... so if Samsung thinks this is normal for their TVs now then they do not have much faith in the quality of their p...Read more

The exchange process is exhausting as they don't help you pack up or setup the monster sized TV so doing it a few times now is wearing thin. TV Broken Again.
Bought the above TV in June 2020, 3 months later the mother board, power module & some other part were replaced after waiting nearly 2 weeks. Now 6 months from purchase it's broken again with no picture and intermittent sound that lasts for 10 seconds or so, and waiting for the technicians to arrive to fix it again. SAMSUNG, So SAMSUNG would not replace it but repaired it, when it broke the second time & after giving SAMSUNG my details I asked for it to be replaced & they said too late the details I gave them was for a repair and not a replacement, I asked again for a replacement & then SAMSUNG said to take it up with the attending technicians. Love Samsung but a little disappointed this time
I just upgraded my 2018 55” model to a 2020 65” version but I am so disappointed with the picture clarity despite spending hours fine tuning the settings. There is an anti reflective coating on the screen itself which I first thought was a plastic coating. I really loved the picture on my old tv which I sold to my sister. Now I’m jealous! Why Samsung? I’ve been so faithful to you. What have you done?

Buy an OLED!
The picture quality was so much worse than in harvey Norman. Blacks appear grey, look up reviews on YouTube before purchasing this TV. Harvey Norman gave me a full refund no questions in Kalgoorlie. BUY AN OLED.

Constant Problems - Do not buy
Purchased 9 September 2020.
After one day started to restart and then would not start at all. Called service and followed the instruction to power off for a few minutes and then power up, this seemed to fix problem.
From that date randomly would restart, which I lived with blaming it on poor software.

Excellent tv
Apps load very fast internet quick as well great features good wifi connection bluetooth works well. would have liked more bright and dark control only -5 (0) +5 the brightness setting is actually the backlight in settings the shadow settings are the brightness settings. that's the only thing that I can think of apart from that it's an excellent tv great picture quality very vivid colours sharp clear picture

Amazing quality

Not great software
This is for 65 inch Q60T TV. The TV screen quality is ok. Specifically the colour is very good. Refresh rate is very bad. Grey uniformity is bad. Dirty screen effect is not great. Sound is ok. Apps are not good. There is no app store. Google Voice Assistant doesn't exist as advertised. The operating system is very poor and difficult to use compared to Android TV. f the TV. I experienced lags a few times, especially with Youtube app. Bixby is very stupid. It doesn't understand or cannot search for things you said. Bixby settings cannot be changed. You have to press and hold mic key to talk to the TV. Terrible software. A $600 Kogan TV with Android TV can do 3 times better. Also you must create a Samsung account and download Samsung app to your phone to connect with the TV. I hate that. Disgusting. They try to pull me into Samsung products family. Design of the TV is good, slim bezels. Build quality is not bad but not great. TV is made in VN, not China, in case you wonder. I got this from TGG Maribyrnong as a swap for a faulty TCL TV. You should avoid TGG because they do not have any policy or procedure for faulty products.Purchased in June 2020 for $1,950.00.

Does not have a Foxtel App as advertised.
Our family recently purchased two new 55 inch Samsung OLED TV's which advertise that they have access to the Foxtel Go App. With Rugby League and AFL almost back, we splurged due to the advertised Foxtel App connection. However the Foxtel Go App was not available on the TV's. After frustratingly being told by Samsung to update the firmware by USB as the TV would not do an automatic update, we now find that the firmware update still did not solve the problem. So we have two new TV's, no Foxtel and the TV's are still being advertised that the Foxtel Go App is available. We are going to have to return them which is another exercise I am not looking forward to...
Purchased in May 2020 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores.

Great TV!!
So happy with our purchase. Lovely picture, large size. Love the conveniance of how all the apps are inbuilt. Only thing, tried to manually update the tv and would not update, but updated the next day so all good in the end. Love how you can short cut to Netflix and Amazon Prime with the small and compact remote. Also love it how we can navigate the internet like a smart phone. Have a samsung s9 so connecting with this tv was a breeze which was a major reason why I stuck with Samsung. Particularly enjoy playing Spotify music from the tv. Overall, highly recommend this product....

Yes you can adjust the judder rate in picture settings the higher you set it the slower the picture best to set judder to auto wich makes movement slower.good for sport not movies.

Try disconnecting from power for five minutes, then plug in again. If the problem persists, book a service call as its likely to be a faulty board.
