main board and wifi modules were installed. They plugged the tv in and the issues became worse, in.addition to all the other problems it had a few new issues started like the remote stopped pairing and the tv would freeze (when they were able to even turn it on). They took the tv to their workshop and magically without any further repairs the TV became perfect apparently. They claimed that they took my personal USB with photos of my family on it when they took my tv and that this USB was causing all the issues.
I was shocked to hear that they thought it was ok to take my USB stick home. Immediately I contacted Samsung and explained my concerns about the tv and my horror about the removal of my personal USB from my house without my consent. The rep basically told me to live with it and there is nothing they can or will do.
I have had a ton of Samsung products over the years (including my S20 ultra which is where I am writing this review) but I will never purchase another one regardless of how appealing they market it. Disgracful!
Great picture – This TV has a great picture for its size. You definitely need to watch everything in HD and not standard definition. 4K is not as big a noticeable difference from HD. There is not many apps as its not a android operating system anymore. The remote control is limited so I ended up buying a older Samsung remote off eBay which has all the buttons.… Read more
Netflix does work great on this TV but it cant get the app for Kayo (ATM). You can instead mirror Kayo from your phone or otherwise use a android media box. The TV has a pretty fast turn on time and is user friendly. It plays videos from USB very well with good search functions and plays newer H.265 compression formats. The only thing picture wise that could be improved would be slightly deeper blacks, but colour wise it is bright and vivid. The sound on this TV is better than I expected, however I generally use surround sound.
Good but wouldn't consider as premium – Purchased this during a cashback promotion. forces me to restart the TV. The Android OS and remote are great though. Comparing this with the Sony 9000F series (which I also own), this does not come close.

Was good for 2 weeks – Great TV with a stunning picture. Slim bezel looks pretty amazing in lounge room. Great for motion and sports. Menus and driving it are well thought out and remote is excellent...... But mine has a huge black bar down the middle after 2 weeks. Going through the motions now. One of the best TVs that I have ever owned – This TV is brilliant. The image is crystal clear, sound quality is great. The only two draw backs I see is that the TV ports are a bit too inside if your mount the TV on a fixed wall mounting stand. I am not able to access the ports easily. The second drawback is that the smart remote does not have the mouse pointer.. I really miss this moving from LG smart remote. Show details
