service person out who told us the cooling pipes had been distorted and finally cracked due to ice build up around them. If I had called 6 months earlier when the problem first appeared a minor repair would have prevented this and the unit could still be functional. I now have to replace this unit as the estimated repair was $1500A$. Not worth doing for a 10 year old fridge Freezer. Sorry to see it go as it has served us well. Hope to get another 910 Litre with the same reliability.

fridge apart to find the mutiple leaks..said it is a design fault with this model and he has worked with others and the drink dispenser was quite hard too push in to dispense water as well. Apart from from this, overall the fridge is very well designed cosmetically with high quality draws and fittings that make it a real breeze to access your perishables etc.I really loved the 4 door compartments with the easy glide function with plenty of storage space!..Samsung make great looking fridges with all the quality modern functions(cosmetically) but they should get better quality electrical internals that lasts! specially for what you pay for...!

Perfect performance fridge – We have had this fridge since 2009 & after 8 years the cooler section has finally given up but the motor is so great that the 3 other sections is still working enabling us to purchase another fridge without the food going off. a clicking sound. We were advised the fan was making this sound as This compartment was frozen. The Samsung repair man fixed it by pouring hot water over the elements & unblocked the pipes. This then happened to our fridge section & now it’s not cooling but I’m sure it would work again if I unplugged it for a few days to allow the ice to defrost. The quadro is amazing

Samsung service could not fix, out of desperation we were looking for help from Samsung.

We have had no contact from Samsung and will never buy or recommend any Samsung products. The customer service from head office is nill, worst service I have ever encountered. Never buy SAMSUNG.

Excellent – No regrets with the fridge so far. It is much bulkier than normal fridges, however we used to have a GE which was just as bulky so it was no surprise. warranty just in case (5 years parts & labour). A great fridge. Highly recommended, however have heard rumours recently (unconfirmed) that it has been discontinued? :( Everything! Nice looking, keeps food fresher for longer, adjutable fridge/freezer compartments, LCD screen which lights up kitchen in the dark. Price! Very expensive compared to other fridges of this size.

Good – Difficult to see the extra value for the $5,000 RR price tag, unless you want to compare it to Euro badged fridges, but the 'just in case' ability to change a fridge section to freezer space (or the other way around), is really not enough as most people would almost never need to do this. are not knowledgeble about the products, common response is always 'this is normal'. MACHINE GUNS GOING OFF IN THE HOUSE - IS NOT NORMAL, (not in Australia anyway) and NOT for a $5K fridge that is 7 mths old.

Samsung licenced repairer in Sydney South area also not customer focused. Takes average of 25min on hold to arrange for a repair which ultimately took them 4 visits to replace a simple part which did not work on delivery.

How long will it take Samsung to address this sad state of affairs? It's already been at least 3 years since I've heard the bad PR on Samsung. Without customers you have nothing - with continued bad PR, this will be the result. ability to adjust temp of the 2 bottom drawers from fridge to freezer space or vice versa, nice deep door shelving, very bright internal light in the fridge, front door hatch opens to provide small table top for easy access to milk or drinks (without having to open the fridge door, sep fruit draw in fridge and ex. lge bottom drawer for vegies which also has a small drawer within drawer for delicate vegies (cherry tomatos, avocado etc) very expensive price tag for the product, extra deep shelves are difficult to access-esp. top shelf of fridge, extra deep freezer would have been better designed as drawers, sounds like a VERY LOUD machine gun is going off (possibly when ice maker is going through it's cycle)- morning, noon and night!

OK – An absolutely stunning fridge that I miss dearly, however with the $$ paid I feel it was a total letdown. they aren't clear enough about this fact.....it is a VERY deep fridge, much deeper than any other I have come across before or after, be aware and double check those measurements or you will have a fridge that sticks out half way into your kitchen!

Value for money aside, it is an absolutely lovely fridge! Beautiful looking kitchen item. Lots of storage space. Great design for the water and ice.

Loved the hatch for easy access to the milk and such.

Love the ability to be able to have fruit and vege entirely separate from other foods and in its own climate.

My favorite feature was the ability to arrive home with the shopping and realise that I had purchase too much meat, and turn one of the lower drawers into extra freezer space in a few minutes! Had two repairs in 8 months, one was a fairly big item being one of the lower fans that kept air circulation and stopped it freezing over, this went after 5 months, then there was another small repair not along after to the doors that started showing rust on them, in their defence, they did replace both items quickly.

Excellent – I love it. It is a deep fridge 760mm deep so you need a big fridge space. The stainless steel colour is easy to wipe clean. Love the fridge. smaller drawers hidden inside the two bottom fridge compartments. Adjustable space dividers inside the bottom freezer drawer. Very easy water filter access. Door alarm needs to be louder.

Terrible – My first SRS752 was noisy and had condensation in the middle of freezer door.It was replaced by the retail store. My second SRS752 came with a water leak from the water dispenser it also had condensation in the middle of freezer door and the outside of the freezer cabinet. not the retailer who was probably responsible. Dedicated Vegetable Draw keeps veggies fresh far longer than ordinary crisper's.

Soft freeze, allows us to purchase meat and use as required, without having to portion and package before freezing. We just take the meat out of the soft freeze, slice off what we need and return it.

The only fridge on the Australian market will all these great features, half the price of some Foreign refrigerators with less. I had reviewed this item previously and found Samsung's support lacking and was especially irritated by the Technical support officer who refused to tell me what the error code on the screen meant and replied that we must get a service technician to look at it. We did not have a service tech in our Region!!!

Having thought about the circumstances, I guess it is really the onus of the retailer to ensure that local service is available to service the items they sell.

In the end we were given the option of having a full refund, with compensation, from Samsung, without a service tech ever looking at the fridge. Luckily there are good service personnel within Samsung, like any company there are bad ones too, just keep trying until you find the right person. The retailer in question came and collected the original fridge, I was disappointed in the poor handling and lack of respect the courier showed, who answered upon questioning: "his large retailers buying power meant they didn't have to package the returned item properly."

I'd looked around and couldn't find another fridge with the same features and found there were two service agents where we were moving to, so I decided to try a replacement.

Good – Quite happy with the performance of the fridge. Bought extended warranty to cover any Samsung issues. Looks great. Make sure you can fit it in your front door!!. almost had to remove the doors to get it into our house. The 4 zone system works and is very convenient. Hatch is also good for power saving. than our old fridge. Hatch area does not cool to 3 degrees (milk will not last as long. Minimal shelf customisation. Smaller area than pigeon pair fridge that we previously used. Would prefer Drawers in freezer section.
