heavily stained bedding, which I did. Since then I have had to email the company an additional 3 times because they replied with generic replies, each one saying my case has been escalated to another department. I’m not sure what is worse, the product or the customer service (or utter lack of it). I would seriously think twice before using this product, or any other from this brand, through fear of it ruining other garment/items and getting absolutely nowhere with the customer service team. I emailed them a fourth time, yesterday, but as yet no reply. Think twice before using this brand/products !
