This is our second one, the first was replaced under warranty for the non stick going all funny with food constantly sticking. This one has failed too but for a completely different reason. There is stainless steel disc that is bonded to the bottom of the pan (I assume for induction compatibility) and it has delaminated from the body of the pan.… Read more
This means now that our induction cooktop will only heat a small circular section in the middle of the pan where the metal disc on the bottom is still bonded. Scanpan has rejected our warranty claim on the basis (they say) that we have been cooking on too high a temperature (not correct). This was not a cheap item ($300 plus) so the lack of support is disappointing, it has up until now been a favorite pan to cook with but I definitely won’t be buying another one. If you don’t cook on induction and you can look after the non stick surface it would probably be fine but after my personal experience I couldn’t recommend this pan.
Expensive but the non stick doesn't last long and blame it on carbon built up – Expensive pan but the non stick doesn't last long. When I raise the concern with the warranty team. They claimed it was carbon built up. Send it back for assessment and they would not honour the warranty. Said it was carbon built up. They returned back the faulty pan and came back with 2 deep scratches. Show details

Wish I could rate it zero - already poisonous after a few uses – I recently purchased a nearly new ScanPan Pro Wok through a second hand sales website in New Zealand. It was pretty much immaculate when I purchased it, and because ScanPan was in my view a quality trusted brand I paid accordingly. I purchased second hand as I care about the environment, just like ScanPlan claims they do. I have been absolutely… Read more
gutted to find that within two times of using it, only once ever lightly with metal utensils (after checking the website to see if it’s ok), there are significant scratches and the coating is already coming away in tiny pieces into my food.
I know that there are health concerns about consuming tiny pieces of PFAS and that ScanPan's website says if the coating is damaged I should discontinue use.
So the wok is completely useless now and I have to throw it out.
I’m so upset.
I hope all consumers get the message that I failed to get, that ScanPan is no longer a trusted quality brand.

Non stick fry pan – Wish I listened to the reviews. Absolutely awesome pan to begin with but for the price I paid I would have expected it to remain non stick for longer than 7 months before Fried eggs started to stick. I have followed the care to a T (as I don't have money to literally burn) .... very disappointing Show details
Pro IQ pans at over $200 each are bad – Don’t buy scanpans!!! These were gifts from my parents. Within a year it started to stick. Send them back as they have a lifetime warranty. Just got told they will not replace it as there is carbon buildup!!! What a waste of time & money!! They are so expensive to buy! You would expect them to last or have great after sale service, but they provided neither Terrible customer service, terrible useless products. Show details
