Top chair and service – Chair is excellent and just what I wanted. Had a problem with one of the leg screws and rear man dispatched almost immediately to fix which he did. Show details ·  1

Excellent – Comfortable and well finished. Chairs delivered in protective cardboard boxes in good condition. Telephone enquires about delivery times were met in a polite and friendly manner - when they said they would ring back, they did. Good service. Show details ·  1

Great chairs! (minor problem attaching some legs) – The two chairs and fabric are just as I ordered and very comfortable so 5/5 there. However, when attaching the eight legs, 4 of the 32 screws did not screw into the holes (4 screws per leg) which appeared to have lost their thread. (All on different legs.) Using 3 screws per leg would have probably been strong enough but my husband used a tap tool to create a new thread for the problematic holes, just to be sure. Show details ·  1

Issue resolved – In April 2024 I bought two chairs and one of them did not balance well. It rocked as if one leg was smaller than the others. Upon contacting customer service soon after, I was given simple instructions to fix which have now worked for a whole year. No issues at all. enjoy a cuppa. No regrets at all. Furthermore, I have had a few spills from visitors on them and they clean up really well. Still look as good as new, no stains.

Great occasional chair – Really like the chair. Very comfortable if using as an occasional chair. I didn’t realise this when I purchased. Wanted it for my art studio but it’s not a chair where you can just sit back and relax with your feet up. Still love it. Moved it to my lounge room for extra seating when I have guests. Show reply
