Avoid Seiki appliances!!! – Bought a washer dryer combo through appliances online. Brand Seiki. 3 months past the 2 year warranty the machine door lock fails causing the whole house power to short out whenever we turn the machine on. Had an electrician come out to look at it. Need to replace the entire lock but there is no such part for this stupid machine anywhere. Contact SEIKI directly and they basically told me to shove it up my ars*. They won’t help me at all. The machine is now a write off after 2 years to no fault of our own. Don’t buy through these guys at all. I hope someone sees this before they’re duped aswell. Sigh.
