Do not use this service for any security monitoring, they're absolute swindlers! They'll lock you into multiple year contracts with confusing legal jargon, then if you want out of said contract they'll charge you full price with the remainder of the contract. Awful customer service that spins wording to create confusion. They also charge outrageous prices for "services", $247.50 for a call out fee is ridiculous!
The scammers! – They are kind a scammer type of business. They install your intercom, and every software caused problems, they want to sen you technician with a charge of $245 .Their product is problematic and 2 years old and had been called 3 times technician already. Don’t give business to this scammers.
No care for customers – Disgusting service and lack of care. My mother in law who was a customer for 14 years wanted to cancel her contract for monitoring. She didn’t realise that by signing up to continue service, she also committed to a 2 year contract. She thought she just agreed to continue monitoring. No product changed hands, just monitoring. They want to charge her $1500 to cancel and tell us it’s out of their control. How can that be?? Zero care and no consideration for the fact she has been a good customer for so long. Don’t use these guys
