I'd give it less than 1 star if I could – Have this in the rental I just moved to and it is barely usable. Turns food to charcoal, even my baking paper disintegrated into dust. I have to go over to a friend's and borrow the use of their oven when I need to bake. Smokes out the entire house when you open the door. Pure garbage.

Pile of [censored word removed] - doent deserve a mention except avoid it!!!! – This is the worst oven on the market. If you ahve one, I pity you and hope you have deep pockets. If you are thinking of buying one, just go throw your money in the bin now and save yourself the time and anguish. I will never buy simposn again. Have replaced both elements 4 times and the thermostat twice (plus the original units it came with) What a waste of space!!!

Very basic oven. Not for Master Chefs – If you like food with burnt bottoms then this oven is for you. The price is the best part but this is certainly short lived as lots of food gets wasted. Would not buy again. Easy to operate. Very basic. Easy to remove. The timer is rubbish. Looks ok. Easy to clean. Cheap to buy. Doesn't fit in My rubbish bin and no one will take it off my front lawn.

Shocker of an oven – This oven is [censored word removed],I had an Omega before and it was the best thing to cook in,now I have to learn all over again,this is going in the scrap heap asap. Everthing,grilling elements can't be cleaned properly,burns on set temps,need to always be lower,and the fan,what the,it does nothing from wht I can see

Not Very Good – The oven blew up the other night. Lucky for me we have safety swithes. It shorted out the entire house. I've had techs out before from Electolux changing elents, globes, etc. Oven doesn't clean very easy. This is the final straw. It's going in the bin. Hope fully Blanco is better. I see they are getting great reviews.

Terrible – As a property manager with 51 of these ovens in 51 units,we have had to replace 70% of the bottom elements of these ovens because they have burnt out. 5 were done under warranty the rest had to be paid for at $180 each time this was before they were four years old!! Simpson have not responded to any of my letters. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN Very hot oven - burns the bottom of most things.

Terrible – Never had an oven do this before. Simpson should be ashamed to sell it even at this price. Do Not Buy!!! Had the oven less than 18 months and the whole oven has warped inside. The trays can no longer be pushed in or pulled out.

Buy this if you want to waste some money – Same experience as everyone else. Replaced thermostat 3x. Replaced Element 2x. Replaced Light bulb 3x. Burns everything. Oven temp 50deg hotter than dial says. Sets my smoke alarms off when I open the oven door when its on. Glass door makes watching your food burn easy. Everything. Completely crappy oven.

Terrible – This is the worse oven I've ever used and I've used 20+. It's heart-breaking to have fabulous cakes & desserts burnt on the outside and still gooey inside. DON'T BUY THE 904! The timer is useful. Runs too hot and burns bottom of baked goods. What is the purpose of the fan when it's not fan forced? The grill tray & rack is a bad design and smokes even when clean (can't be cleaned entirely). Should be two oven racks/ shelves.

Terrible – Probably the worst oven I have ever owned. Cooks too quickly and burns the bottoms before the top is cooked. Don't buy it! Australian made and easy to buy parts - you'll need 'em! exposed and smokes after using the oven. I had to buy a 2nd rack as one is fr too inadequate. The oven size seems small compared to others I've seen. Lights don't last long and elements need to be replaced. Hard to keep clean and spills around the element are almost impossible to clean off. Time to upgrade to a better appliance!
