would I pay for two profiles? I believe this is a scam from the company to get extra money out of people. I am not paying this amount. I’m happy for this to go to court as I have all the evidence from the company and also the payment of the bill. Very disappointing experience again what worked out to be a €259 membership which I didn’t ask for is now gone to €739 plus been charged again another €719 which is over €1400. It's a [Content Removed] site. There's no debt collection agency. They are falsely claimsing a debt agency but I keep sending them emails to contact my personal agency and they're afraid. I'll be looking them up myself in Luxembourg next year to collect my debt and hopefully others who have been [Content Removed] by them.

Dangerous site! Full of fake profiles. Software itself is flawed - can't delete admin messages and they never reply when you send contact forms. No way to report the obvious fake profiles - I had ten people in one day with exactly the same details with only the age changed and no photos. Stay away. Show details

example, I might not want others to know I visited their profile. - The “relevant” profiles suggested aren’t clear about what makes them “relevant”! - The search filters are useless because the results include people who don’t match my parameters!! - The suggestion page does not give an option to remove a profile (if you don't like how far the person is or anything else) unless you open the profile and "block". Which creates 2 issues: by opening the profile the other person will be notified that you have viewed them. And since you have blocked them, they will know you have blocked them. Awkard!

Then there’s the CANCELLATION within 14 days. I requested it after 24 hours, and Singles50 kept 30 EURO because I had still used their service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Draw your own conclusions! BEWARE - I do not recommend Singles50.

applied considerable time into completing my profile, they had my address, contact number, in fact all my information so continued with the application. BIG MISTAKE!! Alarm bells should have been ringing, however these scum prey on people hoping to meet their life partner. Upon loading & acceptance of my images, I found no matches that met my criteria & was regularly sent matches from long distances, much older & profiles that appear fake or of concern. I was then informed by another member that my profile appears on their other site/ Sites. I was not informed of this, nor did I agree to my information being shared. It’s incredibly difficult to contact & I state loosely “customer service “. They fail to address & respond despite countless daily emails requesting my images be removed & my subscription cancelled & refunded due to the service promised, not being delivered. This site makes it incredibly difficult to communicate & cancel subscriptions & continue to guide you through their steps for deleting that do not work. Worst experience! – Most pathetic website and service. Tricks you into paying more money and then refuses to refund when incorrectly charged. I reported them to the ACCC.
