off and assume" situation—be present and observant to ensure dietary needs are met, medications are given on time and as prescribed, and that hygiene standards are upheld consistently. I lost my mother here; she suffered from malnutrition, a severe urinary tract infection, and bowel issues—all issues that went unaddressed due to inadequate care and diet. Any attempts to question these practices were met with deflection and blame. If you have any concerns, do not rely solely on the facility’s reporting agency. Report directly to the governing body responsible for elder care regulation. Take every step necessary to protect your loved ones, as the facility’s apparent attention to care does not match the reality. Remember you are their voice!

Luckily our daughter is a very experienced nurse – Care given is definitely over rated. Lots of lies. Flash building is about the only bright spot. Some staff are brilliant there is no denying this management however are very good at stating what you want to here. Also very good at the Escape and evade method in a discussion by stating your aggressive. Especially when you have the information and they have no excuse.
