Avoid this oven at all costs – We paid a premium for what we thought was a fully featured combi steam oven. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews before purchasing. Our first oven was replaced after just one week due to a faulty door closing sensor and badly performing touch screen. The second oven performed just as badly.The touch screen freezes meaning I have to turn the entire mains power off just to get the oven to turn off. The oven won't accept the door is closed so won't heat up. What a rubbish product.

Hi there, yes we contacted you again recently and have been offered a refund. I must compliment your service team, they have done a good job in difficult circumstances. Our preference would have been to have a working oven as we really liked your brand. Hope a fix is found for this range as they look great. Thanks again.
