Not Durable - Scratches terribly – I am now up to my 3rd glass top replacement. Cracks developed within the first week and replaced. After a short while, cracks appeared again. Technician said they were scratches, however, there is no way they could have scratched in those patterns. He did admit they were very deep, so replaced in good faith. A third replacement, and scratches appear again! I am so careful with this cook top. I use a silicone mat when I put anything on it. I wipe the bottom of the pots before I use it. I use the pots and fry pan that came with the cook top. I would expect a $6000 cook top would be far more durable. I have no enjoyment in using it as I am too scared to use it as it should be used. And yet, I still get a deep scratch/crack in it! How??? I wish I NEVER bought it.
