20 minutes to heat. Temperature inaccurate. Temperature varies during cooking. Temperature uneven across oven. Heat time excessive when cooking biscuits/cheese straws/etc. for 7 minutes. I have won prizes for baking, but have not had a single success with this oven. Cheese straws, pizza soggy. Milk tart never set in middle. Front and left burn while other parts not cooked. Cakes with uneven rise. I bought counter top oven to use instead, and no longer bake (and store it in SMEG oven when not in use!)
