Hi Smeg team I have SFPA140 and for some reason today i couldn’t unlock the touch screen. I thought it’s frozen so I switched off the main and switched it on. Now nothing is coming on the screen, have tried to switch off n on few times but the screen is not loading. Could any smeg expert help me please. Thanks

My SFPA140 oven takes more than 30mins to pre heat to 180 on turbo. Is this normal?
No it is not. Best to call an authorized service agent to look at it. My condolence for your purchase.
