Biggest waste of money and poor customer service – I purchased the oven in September 2023 and in less than 9 weeks I had to make a warranty claim due to Err9 appearing when trying to do a pyro clean. Finally repaired in December and tried to do a pyro clean today for the first time since it was repaired. What a surprise another Err9. The customer service has been as poor quality as the product. All SMEG customer service advised was "unfortunate that you have experienced this with your Smeg appliance as this is not indicative of what you can expect from our brand."
