Worst purchase I’ve made – Machine does not work. Company won’t refund. They won’t answer emails. They won’t replace faulty machine. I thought I would buy from an Australian company, big mistake. I’ve had my last sodastream for 10 years and never had an issue until I dropped it . I would recommend not buying from soda king,but we live and learn and have a choice. Not happy no Fizz – So looked fwd to using it. Unpacked and couple pushes no bubbles at all. Tried again&again. Sure l nearly used 1/2 cylinder gas. So rang them and was told how to unblock nozzle. And would send me video. No video. Only 40% better. Only use it occasionally as to much hassle. 7 pumps and might be just bubbled. Goes flat within 2hrs. Very disappointed. L Wishart Show details

No fizz – Arrive today from Kogan. Cheaply made. Hard to operate with 1lt bottles to get in & out of machine then after 5 pumps it’s like drinking water with smallest fizz. Previously owned soda stream long time ago. Not very happy. Show details

no more throw-away bottles!!! yay! – My wife sent me a photo of this product on sale at the reject shop... I got change from 40 bucks. So cheap. The Adventurer is easy to use, just a couple of pumps and fizzy water! woot! I love it. The build seem a little on the flimsy side but it's solid and works well. The best example of how a company should be; great product, outstanding service – This must be the most used item in our kitchen! It works hard quenching the thirst of four kids and two adults, not to mention the visitors. don't think they are expensive considering the amount of soda we make). SodaKING customer support is outstanding, unbelievable. They suggested some fixes and did their best to get it working, but when it reached the end of what could be done, they immediately shipped a replacement unit (and more gas as we used a lot of gas testing) totally at their cost. I am still in shock. These are people who really do stand behind their product. I don't think I could name another company that has impressed me this much. Unbelievable in this day and age.

We are oh so happy to at last receive our SodaKing Adventurer – We placed our order on 14th December, we were away for a week & when we got back there was no parcel awaiting for us, I then sent a message to SodaKing Support Service, letting them know that it hadn't arrived. in touch with their transport Manager to see what was happening. [Name Removed] also rang me, so did the transport company saying it would be delivered on Monday 4th January, well this day came & went with no delivery so I waited .thinking it could come on Tuesday, by 5 pm. Tuesday evening I sent another email to [Name Removed] letting her know that nothing had arrived plus no phone call from the transport company either.[Name Removed] then contacted them & they said it would be here on Thursday, so we stayed home again waiting, at 2-30pm I rang [Name Removed], she was at lunch so I waited for her to ring back, then the transport truck arrived at about 4-45pm with the SodaKing. We accepted it & open it & were delighted to have a lovely drink, it now sits on our bench ready for use with the other bottles in the fridge keeping cold & ready. We are so happy with our SodaKing & all the help we received over it. A Big Thank You to [Name Removed] for all her help & paitens.

Lovely fizzy water – I purchased the Adventurer SodaKing from Aldi in June 2019. It worked very well all summer and I’m looking forward to more sparking drinks this year too. I find it perfectly fizzy with three pumps. I have just popped out to Officeworks to exchange the gas cylinder. I understand that it is OK to use a Sodastream gas cylinder, which is very convenient. Show details ·  1

Great little machine – This machine makes making soft drink easy & cheep.Its a great little soda maker.use it every day.very potabale can take it anywhere. Comes with 1lt botle,the machine,some starter syrip &a gas bottle.
