Good TV. Great Sound. Interface is not great – I am pretty happy with this TV. The set-up was a breeze. Everything just works. Sound quality is excellent. No need for a soundbar. The remote is clumsy, but they all are. Best to use a smartphone or tablet to do the controls. This works really well. There are more than enough ports for every possibility. Terrible TV. Terrible service. Never using the Sony again – Bought the TV during the boxing day sale thinking 'What a bargain' later to realise it is not even worth what it has been paid for. can take it back 'safely'. So I want someone to help me in getting the TV down from the wall (it is 35kgs), need to buy a carton of that size for $50 and get it ready for shipping. For a TV that is not working in 3 months. Worst service I have ever seen in years.
