Never buy Sony, bad customer service and brand ever – I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Sony. I purchased a Sony TV expecting high quality and reliable customer service, but I have been sorely let down on both fronts. Within a few months of use, my TV started having serious issues, including screen. When I contacted Sony's customer service, they initially seemed helpful and scheduled a repair. However, the repair technician was unable to fix the problem,he replaced LSD screen but after couple of days i got line in the middle of the screen and it became clear that the TV needed to be replaced.
Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Sony, weeks have passed without any resolution. Not only have they failed to repair the TV, but they also refuse to replace it. The customer service team has been unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me with an expensive, non-functional TV and no idea when or if this issue will be resolved.
I expected much better from a brand like Sony. They left you to contact the third party to repair your TV. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will think twice before purchasing any Sony products in the future. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Sony if you value after-sales support and reliability.
Great quality, well designed and great picture quality in full 4K – TV is excellent value for money, $2395 for a 200Hz Bravia. Having the Q70A Samsung aswell in 65", it is very difficult to see any differences. For this price point it is a very good value in this price range, not doubt the X90J and X95J have slightly better viewing. But, for another $1000 definitely not worth the extra money. Highly reccommend If you are looking at this price point
Purchased in for $2,395.
