‘Warranty’ does not cover replacement of faulty unit – I was given a Soundcore Wakey by my daughter in May 2023. For the last few months, the time hasn’t been synching with my phone and is out by a few hours. I finally got around to contacting Soundcore and the suggested synch fixes didn’t solve the problem. A 1.5 year warranty is promised but at 14 months post-purchase they claimed they couldn’t replace the unit (perhaps not surprisingly, it’s ‘discontinued’)and would only offer a 40% refund. Not great service. Wouldn’t recommend buying a Soundcore device.

Works well – Easy to use and have total control of the settings
I like it BUT – Can't figure out how to make the radio come on as the alarm. The instructions are tiny.
Very Good except for Broadcasting Mobile calls to the Neighbours – Only problem is that when connected to my mobile via Bluetooth, I can't prevent calls from diverting through the Wakey speaker - Only way I have found so far is disconnecting bluetooth. Is there any way of doing this and staying connected? Everything else is fine, the FM reception from the little unplugable antenna is better than expected for the outer suburbs, the 2 usb charging ports and the wireless charger on top all work, and the bluetooth connects from the other end of the House or even the car in the driveway! Edit Added 6/04/25: Still very happy and have gotten used to Wakey wanting to connect to previous connection. To adjust Daylight Savings Time clock forward or Wind Back, use the Soundcore app on your phone and look for the "Update Firmware" option inside the settings/hamburger menu. This will update the time displayed on Wakey to the new time on your mobile,

Exceeded my expectation – A good bluetooth speaker for the bedroom. Can't charge my phone from USBs, no equaliser. It would be all 5 stars if they had equalizer and USB charging that worked.
