I signed up for both of my 10 years old twins. They were very excited and the 2nd day one of the twin got locked out of the account and showing more information needed pls contact customer support. When I tired to reach out there's no number and only in app chat. But even that no really response or resolution. My boy is totally discouraged and didn't want to do anything compare to he was very enaged to learn house work. how can I get help to resolve this?
Why there was $60 paid to spriggy all by itself where I did no payment to it?
Because it cost $60 every year

can i deposit cash into my spriggy card?
At this stage it is not possible to add funds to your Spriggy membership by cash at physical location. The only way to add funds is from a linked bank account or debit card.
Why are some people referring to a $30 membership fee, others pay $60. I find the fees attached to this card prohibitive. What am I missing ?
Hi there, We're so sorry for the delay in answering your question! To clarify, Spriggy members who signed up on or after 29 June 2022 get to join our Family Based Pricing Plan, which is a flat fee of $60 per year for families with up to 4 children. Members who joined us prior to that date would be on our legacy pricing which is $30 per child per year.

$20 per month fee!!! Has anyone else had this issue?
Hi Renee, That definitely doesn't sound right! Spriggy does not charge monthly fees, there is only an annual fee of $30 per child. Could you please email us at support@spriggy.com.au under the subject line "Product Review" so we can look into this for you ASAP :)
