it appears the starting issue is quite common with the 2.0lt diesel motor and no answer seems available, i have the same issue, after running for a while the motor will not restart, leave it sometimes for a few minutes, other times an hour or so and of we go again, the problem is intermittent , i have checked all the sensors and components, changed the ecu but problem persists, I am getting no assistance from our local SSangyong agent, they tell me to go to a auto electrician

I have an issue with intermittent starting problem, sometimes after switching off the motor it will not restart, you leave it for several minutes then it will start, sometimes the engine warning light comes on, I put the scanner on and it tells no fault, anyone have similar issues

The engine is blowing black smoke when accelerating. When idling at 1300 rpm without pressing the accelerator pedal, it revs up to 3500. What could be wrong?

Hi I have a 2011 Ssangyong Actyon sport . It's a 5spd manual. When accelerating in 5th gear around 100kph I feel a strong vibration as soon as I stop accelerating the vibration stops. Would appreciate any suggestions on what cause maybe.
