I notice the recommended battery for the Stihl HTA50 is the AK20. What are the disadvantages of using an AK30 battery?
Cannot think of any disadvantage other than that you can keep working for a longer period without a break ! As I started with the AK20 for all my machines I will stick with them as long as they last but would investigate the financial return on investment 20 v 30.
Not a question but noting art's review I think it should be made clear that the Stihl HTA50 apparently also accepts the AK30 battery pack - not just the AK20.
