Is it possible to replace the hard drive with a bigger one? If so, how do i reinstall the OS on the new drive again? (current drive has failed, so I cant even do a Disk Clone of the original to the new one)

The screen is frozen: is the remote control faulty

Hi there Helen C, I don't believe it's the remote control. I had this problem and the only way I could fix it was to reboot the player. I put this issue down to the extremely old operating system this player uses. I hope this helps.
