What is the surface material? I don't like Teflon but cant find out what linished aluminum is?
Can I still use pan even though it has not been used for a while
are you sure the food won't stick
The non-stick surface was initially very good, but after about 2 years of use we noticed that the non-stick coating wasn't performing quite as well as it had previously. This is now especially noticeable when cooking things coated with sticky marinades at fairly high temperatures. The burnt-on blackish bits no longer simply wipe off with a damp sponge; however, I have found that they still come off quite easily if the frypan is first half-filled with hot water (maybe with a teaspoon of bicarb if there's a lot of badly burnt-on stuff) and then left to soak for half an hour or so. N.B.: We have always been very careful to only use plastic utensils, because if metal ones are used they can scratch the non-stick surface and ruin its performance really quickly.
Where can I purchase one in Warilla, Stocklands Shellharbour please
