Does what it is supposed to, nothing more – I like the ability to cook 4 pieces of toast at once, good for if you have a large group to feed. Otherwise, a fairly average performing toaster. I would have preferred the option to have a safety cut off switch, but for the price this toaster is meeting my toasting needs currently. Inexpensive Would like a safety cut off switch

OK – All in all I was happy at the start with my purchase. But over time I have found the frustrating things that go with having this toaster. I like the fact that you can cook 4 slices of bread at once especially handy if you have hungry children waiting for toast. Love the style of it, looks expensive. Love that you can defrost, cook crumpets do dual toasting on each side. I dislike the fact that one side of my toaster has decided to give up the ghost. It still works on one side. The fact that it is quite large and does take up valuable bench space. It seems to take quite a while for cooking toast to perfection.

Good – Overall nice looking toaster and good for a big family, and a 12mth replacement warranty not bad. Only drama is the fingerprints on the stainless steel. Has a nice stainless steel finish, to match other s/steel applicances in the kitchen. Can toast 4 slices at the one time, and both 2 slots can be operated independently. Defrost and reheat feature also available, and the rotary tempreature control.

Also has a crumb tray on the bottom which sits flush and you can not tell its there. Is a big unit and can take up some room specially if you dont have a lot in the kitchen, and the stainless steel leaves fingerprints behind unless cleaned regulary.

Terrible – My wife purchased as it was one of the cheaper taosters however one of the double sides would not work at all (obviously not tested in factory). The depressors seem rather flimsy and on the side that did work the toast was not evenly browned on each side. Cheap one of the sides not working at all. Uneaven cooking on each side of bread
