The worst toaster ever – This is the worst toaster ever . Esther burns half the toast or doesn’t toast at all Dose not matter the bread type bagel or white toast bottom is burned top is raw I don’t recommend wasting money on this toaster . Show details
Worst toaster ever!!! – Never cooks anything evenly. One side burns and the other is barely done. Doesn't matter what setting or what you put in it, at least one side burns every time! Show details
The best toaster for your home – On Wednesday 3rd February 2021 I purchased a Sunbeam Quantum Plus TA2340 so I could make my toast quickly and easily for breakfast once a day. This is for when I move into my unit in March 2021. The staff were kind to me and the service was terrific. Show details
Cant cook toast evenly – We received a Sunbeam Quantum Plus four slice toaster as a gift. This item was purchased on 4th July 2020 This toaster never functioned in an acceptable manner. It cooked the toast unevenly and consistently burns one end of the toast. We exchanged it for a new toaster of the same type on 7th November 2020. Unfortunately the replacement item… Read more
performs just as poorly (see attached photos). This doesn't change no matter how many slices of toast are being cooked.
The other issue is that the springs seem too strong and throw the toast onto the floor.
We have owned a number of Sunbeam products including toasters in the past which we were satisfied with but we are very disappointed with this product. There seems little point in getting another replacement as it is likely to be the same.
Total rubbish – We got this unit to replace the ancient Kambrook of similar style, total error of judgement !! It lasted just a week or two before the super strong ejection spring failed to latch and allow the thing to heat up. Just another company name surviving on past glories it seems, sad really. At last, a basic toaster that just works! – There are so many bad toasters out there, it's hard to understand why a basic one like this is so hard to find! It toasts evenly, it's not fast, but not too slow either. It's consistent in producing the right level of brownness whether starting cold or just been used. For $39 you can't go wrong! Show details
Not great, but not expensive either – As a toaster it toasted well - evenly and consistently. However the springs are too aggressive and throw toast onto the floor. It gave our kids a laugh but we didn't exactly buy it for entertainment. Easily the best toast catapult on the market. Show details
