I am currently on the Disability Support Pension and approached this NDIS support provider seeking guidance and support in re-entering the workforce and managing barriers related to my disability. As part of that process, I provided a copy of my resume, four personal references, details confirming my DSP status, and information about my employment services provider (APM).

After sharing feedback about my experience on a local community page, I received a message threatening legal action. The individual who contacted me did not initially identify their role within the organisation.

Upon viewing their publicly available Facebook profile, I became aware they are married to one of the co-owners.

I also found it concerning that, during prior communication via Facebook Messenger, it was implied that there was no access to recent messages, despite our earlier exchanges.

I have since been blocked from the organisation’s Facebook page.

Given the nature of these interactions, I am escalating the matter to the NSW Ombudsman and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for independent review.
