Not Worth The Money – Not Impressed. When you visit the website and read about it, it sounds great. In reality, it is a let down. The system is not cheap. The batteries in the cameras need to be charged every month. There is a delay in receiving alerts. Live feed on the cameras is very slow to load. It can take anywhere between, 30 seconds and 3 minutes to load the camera feed after receiving an alert. The spotlight function is useless as it is triggered in daylight hours, which is annoying and flattens the battery quicker. The audio quality is poor. Picture quality is good but on the same level as a $30 camera. As Swann cameras are $250, I expect better quality. As a test a $30 indoor camera placed outside next to a Swann camera, loads instantaneously, a video doorbell loads instantly, while the expensive Swann camera, thinks about it, thinks some more and eventually loads the picture. Would I buy again, NO. Value for money, NO.

If you have already spoken with Swann Tech Support, please quote your most recent ticket number from them so that we can investigate this further for you. After you speak with Swann Tech Support, should they then deem the device(s) to be faulty, we can look at organising either a replacement(s) or full refund for you if under warranty in order to get this rectified satisfactorily.
