Does not work – When it worked the video quality was good, the pan tilt function was reasonable, just a bit slow at times to react, but otherwise good. The real issue is that when attempting to connect to the camera it constantly shows "camera time out" and cannot view any footage. The first time it happened it took Swann 2 weeks to resolve, it worked for about two months and then has died again. Swann do not seem to know why, it seems like a common issue as there are a lot of negative reviews on the SwanneyeHD App in the apple App store, with the same issue.

Save your money and stress and look at another brand such as Hikvission or Annke or Foscamm. I will be upgrading to a wired PoE system and will no be using Swann.

Video out – Had for 2 months. It worked fine, then it stopped. Spent hours on service phone. Still not working. If I don't get it to work soon I will ask for a full refund.

Want my money back! – Didn't set up unit as soon as I purchased it due to illness. No refund now! Csr's are useless IF You ever get through. Was on the phone today for over 1 1/2 hrs about wall bracket. Impossible to mount on the wall. The antenna in back of unit sticks out 1/4 " past mounting bracket. Therefore the camera will not screw onto bracket once the bracket is mounted on the wall. The antenna hits the wall if you mount the camera before mounting the bracket to the wall. Inquired about a spacer to go between the bracket and the wall due to design fault and was told to turn the camera sideways or tilt camera bracket down. Either way you are loosing viewing range if you do this. Should be able to sit camera on mounting bracket level and install the mounting bracket flush to the wall. NO WAY and Swann does not care. A supervisor ([name removed]) was supposed to call me this afternoon and that never happened...save your money!

Piece of garbage. Do not buy! – I ordered this through an online retailer and had it rushed because of security issues where I live. We are not safe here. This wouldn't let me set it up and my computer nearly crashed. Tech support was useless. I hope they are happy with themselves.....was in tears by the time I made over FOUR calls to them! And I couldn't even understand half of what they said because of their thick accents....obviously Swann hires csr people from overseas and doesn't train them well at all.

Swann broke my heart.....I had this rushed shipped by FedEx and now it has to be sent back. I'm STILL w/o adequate security and wish that I never bothered with this piece of crap.

Save yourself the trouble. Do not buy this!!

Rubbish – We have a wireless 4g router without any ethernet ports. this means there is no way of connecting the camera for initial set up. Swann help line was unable to help. It does not work. take it back or put it in the bin. The packet says wireless, but requires a wire to set up
