“Poor Quality, very disappointed. After only 12 months of use, the sofa - seam split right at the edge of due to what appears to be a clear manufacturing fault. The claim was rejected just 22 days outside the 12-month warranty, without any proper investigation. Harvey Norman, as the seller, struggled to get a response from Synargy, and this outcome was purely Synargy’s decision. They chose the easiest way out instead of standing behind their product.”

Falling apart In less than a year. Stitching has come undone.Reclining mechanisms has broke. Save yourself $3699 – Looks great and is comfy Poorly made unfortunately Stitching coming unraveled in less than a year Wood in the base has broken due to recliner mechanism Avoid and save your self a lot of money and disappointment

Sold new, the product comes with a 5-year structural/foam/mechanical warranty, 2-year electric and 1-year fabric – actionable through the retail branch you purchased from.
